Sue Harper and Peter Condron, both gardeners for many years, started Sweet Loving Flowers 2 years ago. Our field, once grazed by sheep, is now brimming with flowers, native plants and wildlife.

We sell our flowers at local markets, organic whole food shops and through local veg. box schemes.

Currently we have flowers available from May to September but will be extending the season in the coming years. We sow according to the phases of the moon, a method we believe intensifies flower colour.

The estuary area of the Dyfi valley, where we grow our flowers in a small scale and sustainable way, has been designated as Wales's first biosphere reserve by UNESCO. Uniquely the whole Dyfi valley was awarded the status of Fair Trade Valley in 2004.
